I'm a frequent customer at the Playa Bowls location on North Broad Street in Elizabeth, and I always have a great experience. The customer service is consistently friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. It's a great place to bring kids, and I also appreciate that there's a convenient parking lot and wheelchair accessibility. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Playa Bowls on North Broad Street in Elizabeth. I ordered four bowls, and every single one was underfilled—not even close to the top of the container. I also paid extra for granola and specifically asked for additional granola, yet they barely added any. If customers are paying premium prices and extra for toppings, they should actually receive what they paid for. The store manager should be reviewing how employees prepare the bowls and making sure they are following proper portion standards. Based on what I received today, that clearly isn’t happening. Every bowl looked rushed and carelessly made. Another thing I don’t agree with is being asked to tip when placing the order, before the food has even been prepared. In my opinion, tips should be earned based on the quality of the food and service after the customer receives their order. After seeing the four bowls I received today, the person who prepared them did not deserve a tip. The quality was unacceptable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I expected much better, especially for the price. Unless major improvements are made, I won’t be returning.

I stopped by Playa Bowls for something to eat, and Britanya provided outstanding service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Her understanding of the menu and willingness to help made choosing my order easy. Everything went seamlessly, and her professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend visiting Playa Bowls and working with Britanya if you get the chance. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience!

I always buy there in Elizabeth but the tall guy with grey sweater who’s there has a really bad attitude. Today I paid for extra Nutella and they didn’t put it , I ask him to put more because I’m actually paying for it and he started screaming at me saying bad words , he didn’t care that my wife or my one year son was there and I ask for his name he didn’t want to say anything he would just ignore me I even ask for them to call the manager and he didn’t want to call at all… Im never gonna go to that place ever again really bad service specially when someone is paying for something
